The Gathering Place: This is truly a great gathering place for family and friends. The entrance is on the upper third level and has an open floor plan with lots of room for entertaining. There is a kitchen and breakfast bar that seats 8 people. Two dining room tables are set up with one table seating 4 people and the other seating 6, a bar that seats 4 and a living room that overlooks a large deck with a woodsy view. The lower 2nd level has all the bedrooms including the master that has a king size bed, a second bedroom has another king, a third bedroom has a bunk bed set that has a lower full and an upper twin. There is also a queen sofa sleeper. The 3rd lower level has a game room, which includes a ping pong table, a pool table, a foos ball table, shuffle board and outside there is a horse shoe pit. Great rental for a large family or group of friends.
The house needed to have the toilet fixed so it didn't run all the time, and the second level rug was way loose and a tripping hazard. Otherwise it was not bad, just a little dated.

We've stayed at this property for the past 4 years, and have generally been satisfied with it. It is big, has a great deck for BBQ'ing, eating, and relaxing, and generally pretty clean. The property itself is old, but I see that a new TV and sofa have recently been put in. The only major complaint I have is that the brown swivel chairs are constantly falling apart.

The cabin was very clean, spacious and entertaining. The bathrooms are tiny and we had a problem with hot water in the shower. The parking is a problem at this cabin. It also had ants problem in the shower. We still had a great time Thank You

6 adults, 3 children...we came from Brentwood CA, Texas & Ohio for a small family reunion. This house had plenty of room for everyone and was very clean. We have stayed at PML for the last 4 years and this has been the best house by far!! We will be back again. The only thing is that if you are taking a shower DO NOT use the restroom.... before you know it you will have COLD water :)

This place was enormous and had a great layout. Game room and decks were the highlight. The property was spotless and though the decor was severely outdated, it lent to a pleasant/quaint feel - almost like vacationing in the late 70's/early 80's --don't worry, the TV was quite modern. The only negative comment I have is that the 'property cleaning fee' seemed a bit steep considering we received instructions to leave the property exactly as we found it, trash free and all. Other than was a great place and I highly recommend.

Overall our stay at the property was very good, but some of the furniture definitely could use some updating. Especially the dining room chairs, one of which broke upon us having sat on it, and another one which had a wheel attached with putty.

I did notice that the air conditioner was noisy while running. Maybe it should be checked while running. Also, the 8 people using the home had to go and buy more toilet paper, they ran out. Good to have linens, maybe a couple of extra pillows would come in handy and some extra blankets. Really worked out great for all parties concerned includin me. Thanks

We made good use of the game room and the dining area. We invited family from another pml house to eat with us and all sat comfortably with room to spare. Thank you very much. We could have used some more pitchers for serving drinks. I also tried to play down the owners' obsession with liquor. That stuff is really good for sanitizing your hands and disinfecting things. My children are impressionable and I will think twice before returning to that house.

We loved this house overall. It's very spacious and the game room is a great addition! It also has a fun music collection and a beautiful deck to relax on!
We just had a few small issues such as: no soap in the upstairs bathroom, lightbulbs that are the wrong wattage--100 watts in one of the bedrooms (a fire hazard with the small bedside lamp), also it looked like the kitchen floor hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Otherwise, we loved this house and had a great time there with our family. The only other issue was that we didn't receive enough sheets with our linen rental to include the sofa bed.

The property was very nice ... had almost everything that you would need or think of... Our only disappointment was that the deck and the BBQ grill were not cleaned and the deck furniture was dirty.. We had to spend some time cleaning it . Otherwise ...game room was awesome.. so was the living room ... I think the largest living room that I have seen in a vacation home....Would go back again !!!!

There was a Musty smell, floors were very creaky, very loud in the bedrooms right below the main room. The top floor was very warm, while the lower floors were freezing. Furniture and appliances were kinda dated.

We came up with 9 people to go river raving down Tuolumne River and visit Yosemite. This home was great for the stay. Our only complaint is the game room needs a little TLC and the shower water is a little tempermental with hot water. For the price, it is a great value. Love the patio and the open living area on the top floor.

The greatest feature is the "grand room" which is a very large kitchen-dining-living room space for families to hang out together. Including counterspaces, there are 4 different seating/surface areas to sit at, and that doesn't include the couches around the TV. Nice gameroom downstairs with plenty to do, and another small family room, so it is good for different kinds of activity to happen at once.
