  My family had a great time in this house. My only problem was pots ans pans. They were very old. Otherwise the house is very comfortable and close to the lake.

  We loved being walking distance to the beach and the house was very clean. It worked great with our little kids.

  I would recommend this house to my friends because it is perfectly located near the lake but I would tell them not just to take their own linen but their own blankets too - the blankets look disgusting, its need to go straight to the garbage, salvation army most probably will refuse it. Same about some staff in the kitchen. The housekeeper needs to pay attention to spider webs in the corners.

  We had a fabulous time at Pine Mountain (we'll be back next year!). The property was clean and it is obvious the owners have made some upgrades, however a deep cleaning is suggested. A few of us had allergic reactions in the house (maybe it was a former pet guest but think it was dust). Some of the kitchen utensils were past their prime and probably should be discarded (can opener with rust for example). The deck could also use a coat of finish (a couple children rec'd splinters on their feet) and the metal patio furniture was missing cushions (a
  little uncomfortable and hot during the day). The BBQ grill was not cleaned so it took us a while to scrub it down to use. thanks!

  The location is wonderful - it is right across from the Marina beach so no driving to the beach, which was our main goal. Overall, the stay was very pleasant.

  There were extra blankets, but they all had moth holes in them! The mattresses were very old and weak, and bedding could use an update. Could use some more kitchen utensils/accesories for cooking. Pluses--the A/C worked great, and the location is great.

  Close to the lake and a playground. Lots of sleeping space. Plenty of off-street parking for multiple cars.
