Loved how the property backs up to a seasonal creek -- very scenic and relaxing, with hiking trails close by. The house was a good size for our party of 5. Nice layout upstairs; downstairs layout is a little odd -- you have to go through a bathroom to
get to one of the bedrooms or enter from a deck.

We really enjoyed our stay. Pine mountain Lake is a great area and we enjoyed the beaches and swimming in the lake. Downside was that the bathroom of the cabin really smelt on arrival. We cleaned it ourselves with cleaner and bleach and found that the
mats around the toilet AND shower reeked of stale urine. Yuk. We threw them in the laundry room but they smelled so bad that we ended up washing and drying them. The property management company said we should have reported it, but I really feel that they should
have had checks in place to prevent it in the first place. In any case, their apologies didn't translate to any discount of the final bill, which was disappointing

We spent time with family and had a wonderful trip! The cabin community & lake were fantastic and our hike up Vernal Falls in Yosemite was amazing - so much water from the falls this year - beautiful!

It was great! The house was lovely and fully equipped and everyone was comfortable. The deer greeted us off the back porch and the owls hooted us to sleep. All in all, a fantastic vacation rental. Also, all the Remax people were warm and helpful and great, too. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay and the amenities far exceeded our expectations. WiFi internet was available, a fax machine and printer were also in the home. The owner furnished sheets and towels. I bought groceries at Walmart in Reno, expecting high prices in Groveland. I was really suprised when I ran into Mar-Val to pick up a few things that I forgot to buy in Reno. Mar-Val prices are reasonable but the store is small and only offers limited brands and sizes. If you are picky and only eat certain brands of food, I would recommend that you bring them with you.

we were on an auto tour for twentyone days in Utah, Nevada, and (mostly) California. This was our second night in CA, and it was a welcome relief from the motel life (6 prior nights). Having a house, and all its amenities, really gave us a nice refreshing break. And by the time we got home some 2+weeks later, the security deposit check was waiting !!We have all agreed that the stop, tho more costly, was a highlight and a smart move.

Well, Cell phones didn't work, place didnt have internet even though there was a wireless router, All the knives in the house were blunt, a wooden cutting board was missing, there was no blender, And in the craigslist ad, cabin was displayed as right next to water but this place was about 2.5 miles away.

This is most beautiful place I have ever visited with all facilities along with calm, serene atmosphere. Everything was available in the room along with Fax machine, printer, internet etc. I would surely recommend this to everyone.

We loved this house! It was very spacious. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the nice deck in the back which had a beautiful view of the woods. Highly recommended!
