  Everything was very nice overall. The cooler device did not work properly, just blowing air and making noise, but we just decided not to use it. It did not bother us too much. I would prefer to have a bit more lighting in the property. Especially in the bedrooms. It is also not a big deal though. Again, it was a good experience overall. Nice and quiet.

  I was dissatisfied with some of the aspects of the cabin - the furniture and amenities seemed to be on the older side. Internet and wi-fi were available at the cabin, but they hadn't been set up yet, so it wasn't available to use. On the whole, for the price, I think it's acceptable for a few night stay.

  My family and I stayed at this cabin while visiting Yosemite during memorial day weekend; it was a wonderful place with an equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a beautiful lake and trees inside the neighborhood, with deer right outside the window. Had a great time, and will come back if in the area. Should also say, however, that the driving can be challenging at night and that the upstairs rooms felt quite removed from the rest of the house. All four of us agreed we'd come back -- an incredible value, and a lot of fun!

  Loved the place...a bit old but it goes somewhat with the forest...beds were kinda iffy but other than that the place is relaxing. I would definitively go back.

  We spent 3 nights at this cute cabin during the Labor Day weekend. The property is quite homey, we liked the wooden details, the deck, and spacious living room. The only concern is that the kitchen and bathroom amenities are quite old and could be cleaned more thoroughly. there was no dishwasher detergent, so we hand-washed the dishes (which was plenty of work as we were a group of 5 people). However, the overall experience was very pleasant, lots of deers who will come right to your door, and raccoons at night - tons of fun for kids. The cabin is located in a cul-de-sac, it is very quiet and relaxing area. 5- 7 minutes drive to the Marina beach, didn't attempt walking, it could probably take 40 minutes or so, since there are no sidewalks, and pedestrians have to walk on the side of the road. Another bummer was that highway 120 was closed due to the wildfire, and we couldn't get to Yosemite from Groveland, had to take a detour through the southern park entrance (hwy 140), and it took 3 hours to get to the park.
  The lake is nice, again great fun for kids, as they can swim and play in the sand. The weather was great, pretty hot, but not too exhausting as the air there is dry, and it is easier to cope with the heat.
  To sum up I would say - a nice stay for a price ($125 per night during the holiday week end, and the house sleeps 8 people).

  The Microwave did not work until the third day. The swamp cooler stopped working on the second day and was not fixed until the fourth day. At least one mouse was seen inside the cabin.

  The only tricky thing was the afterhour key locker at Groveland. The combination system needs improvement. 10 push type would be good. The rotary tumbler combo with the instruction was challenging for us. We ended up helping two different group in opening theirs too! Chuckle... Not fun with it's around 10pm and they couldn't open the box.
  
  Nice location. Any recommendations on another site at PML that gives us a big clear view of the sky for stargazing.

  Old place in need of repairs, but for the price, not bad.
  The garbage was full when we got there and we had no where to put our garbage for 3 days after getting there. This presented a problem. The upstairs bedroom is in need of a screen, which we mentioned the first day we got there, but nothing was done about it. What made it a problem was it was very hot and the window needed to be open at night. It is supposed to sleep 8 and it was supposed to have a sofa bed downstairs, but neither couch was a sofa bed. Also, there is only enough place settings for 6 people.
  Other than that, we were generally happy with our stay.
