  We stayed here with 2 other couples and a couple of toddlers. The house is beautiful and very confortable. The back deck is perfectly safe for the kiddos. I would go back anytime again without hesitation. ReMax was excellent as well.

  The house is very nice, we enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks for opening your home!! The only drawback is the game room is not accessible from inside of the house, kind of like a walk out basement and enter from outside.

  This home is extremely nice with three main level bedrooms, two main level baths; a well-stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware and service; Also, a large side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher and a wonderful amount of preparation space.
  
  We did not utilize the game room or BBQ equipment, but both appeared to be first class and in excellent condition. The large deck of the back of the house was a wonderful place for the whole family to enjoy dining.
  
  The only two less than perfect aspects are the driveway- which is VERY steep and tricky to back out into the street; and the lower level accommodations. These accommodations can only be reached from OUTSIDE the home by walking down and around the house. This made it quite inconvenient for 2 members of our extended family. Also, they indicated that there was no closet or other place to hang clothes in this area. This seemed like unusual oversight for a home with so many other fine amenities.
  
  And finally, the rental agents from Remax were FANTASTIC! We needed some extra services and they extended themselves graciously to help us. I would absolutely recommend these Remax agents anytime you wish to rent in this area.

  My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay at Pine Mountain Lake. The house was in immaculate condition and has an excellent layout. The was only one issue we encountered on our stay. It was with the BBQ grill. For some reason it is not working like it should and to be honest we were not able to eat the food we grilled on it. There was black smoke coming out of one of the burner that smelled like burnt plastic. I tried not to cook above that burner, but the smoke still affected the food that was cooked. Luckily we had family members stay at another home near by on Big Foot Circle and we were able to cook with them on their grill. But besides that, I have to say the property was awesome to stay at and I would consider to stay there again as long as the grill is either repaired or replaced. Thanks to the home owners and Re/Max for making our family trip a vacation to remember. Joe Padilla

  The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The place was very well maintained with a nice kitchen and dining room. The recreation room was a nice touch and we did have time to shoot a few games of pool in the evening. The neighborhood was quite and secure as one would expect in a gated community. Overall our stay there was very nice and I would definetly recommend it to others.

  It was very nice stay, we loved the deck with a lot of privacy. I only have one comment - about driveway. It is very steep and you should put it in description of the house. We were not prepared for this! The rest was great, thank you!

  When we realized we were going to have an overflow of guests for our July 4th BBQ, we immediately tried to find overnight lodging for our guests which was close to our home so that they could walk over to our place for breakfast and dinners. Plus they could walk down to the lake (Walking back up was another issue :)) Our guests were so thrilled with the vacation home we picked out for them, they talk about it whenever we see them. Nice place! Glad it was available.
