  We stayed 3 nights for the Labor day weekend. We were a company of 10 - 2 families, each had 3 kids. The house was spacy and convenient. However, it was not very clean to say the least. Carpets are dirty and stained. Bed spreads and covers seem like they
  haven't been washed for months. Found a piece of glass and hair on one of the bed covers. Bath tub not very clean as well. Outside decks not cleaned/maintained at all. Besides that though the house is very convenient and has everything you need for the stay
  so it can be a great house if they just fix the cleaning and improve the maintenance (e.g fix broken screen, leaking kitchen faucet, etc...). Location is good - 1h from Yosemite and had a great time. Lake beach is wonderful for the kids - it was well maintained
  and kids had lots of fun.

  The house was ok, but would much rather choose a different one from the other ones Remax has available. This house was lacking in cleanliness. Was ok for the number of ppl in our group, but I would rather next time to pay a little more for a newer/ nicer
  house.

  Overall it was an excellent value and I would absolutely use Re/Max Yosemite Gold again. The only issue was related to the linen rental. I'd called two weeks ahead to secure linens. It seemed like everything was taken care of, but when we arrived, no linens. It wasn't a huge issue, because it was just a bunch of guys and they removed the charge from the bill obviously. If you need linens, just be persistent and get details.

• The environment was very nice, and the house was good for children, especially teenagers, but the kitchen was terrible. All kettles, pans, utensils, and dishwasher were in very bad condition. Cooking was not pleasure! But children liked..

  This surely is one of the best vacation homes that I have been to. Located in a beautiful location in Groveland, this house has got all the amenities to keep you at home. The only incovenience for me was the non-functioning of the TV but the nice music system compensated for it.

  The full/queen bed on main floor should be replaced. It felt as though the springs were starting to push through so we ended up sleeping in the room with the two twin beds. It would be great if there were some cheap drapes/curtains in the game room downstairs so the kids would sleep longer in the morning and it would insulate the room better to prevent having to run the heater at night during the summer. Overall, we were very happy with our visit and plan on reserving it for the same time next year!

  Our stay overall was very pleasant, the location of the house was convinient and had an easy access to/from. But the property itself was (is) in a poor condition: some furniture is broken, the pots/pans are over-used, scratched, have a lot of stains on them. The dust was everywhere we went. In addition we were missing 1 garbage can which added to some unpleasant moments. The good side of the property is that it's spacious and we were able to have a large family staying there. If the property faces some impovements it will be a great place to stay again. Thank you...Julia.

  We recently stayed for four nights. This property had lots of space and we had a great time. They need to haul away some old things by the basketball court. It was very restful and fun to watch the deer each evening.

  The TV did not work well, although a picture was displayed the color was so distored that I hardly would say it was working. While it was a big screen it was just on the boarder or viewable. The other TV's were very old and not in good working order.

  The cottage is very clean and comfortable to stay and enjoy. There is a lake nearby that we can reach by walking. Driving to Yosemite is within an hour, but rental is much cheaper than the cottage in the Yosemite. The scenes on the road is also worth to stop by. Overall a good place to enjoy!

  The area was wonderful, beautiful and the house was fine, though could have used a little extra cleaning. All in all though, I would stay there again and enjoyed the area very much, particularly the town and restaurants.
