  the property is nice and clean, and partially updated. Positives: cozy, nice furniture. Negatives: the kitchen is updated, but the counter space and storage space is almost non-existent, so if you are staying more than 2 days and are planning to cook,
  you need to take it into consideration. Although 3 bdrm, 2 ba, the house is really suitable for 1 family with kids: the 2 bedrooms upstairs are very small, and the 'master' downstairs is done in such a way (no doors separating the bed space from the 'bonus
  room' space, just a thin, cheap Ikea-esque drapes on a cheap rod; so not much privacy for adults). No door separating the upstairs from downstairs, so although there are TVs in both levels, you can't watch 2 at the same time becuase you can't hear what you
  are watching. and if someone wants to sleep, noone can watch TV (unless it's on mute) on either level. And lastly, but very importantly, although it technically is a waterfront property, unless you are into rock climbing and/or some serious hiking, you will
  not go to the dock more than once, if at all; on top of which, the dock is delapidated, dislocated and half of it is almost in the water. The rental agency is very nice and responsive.

  It's was a nice house but it could of been bigger. It was very peaceful though and the seperation from upstairs and downstairs made it nice for separation from the kids and adults.

  The house was generally as represented. Although it is technically "lakefront" the lake is down an arduous incline that makes driving more attractive than walking. The deck chairs were dirty and missing the cushions that they must have been purchased with. There were multiple lights with burnt out bulbs and a total of 3 hangers for 3 (open) closets and no dressers which made unpacking difficult. Also it would have been nice if the owners included their locked up canoe in the rental. Pluses include a well-equipped kitchen, a nicely furnished living room, 2 nice decks (1 with no furniture though), and a helpful remax staff. It was hot out but the lack air conditioning was not an issue with lots of fans and cool nights.

  It would have been nice to have a hose on the back deck to wash down the deck and deck furniture. There were several screens that needed to be replaced. Otherwise this property was clean and the house works well for a large group. (We had two families for a total of eight people). The house is a bargain for that many people. Although there is no air conditioning, there are fans throughout the house which worked well. The rental agent was very helpful. We had a wonderful time and would rent again.
