For the children there is a child-friendly toy area, baskets of books and toys, child-sized table w/four chairs, outlet covers, and all deck railings are toddler safe. Finally enjoy just a short .4-mile walk on a quiet wooded one way street and you are at the Main Marina. Enjoy the Lake with all its activities. We really enjoyed out at PML. From start to finish, the whole vacation was really great. The folks at Remax were very helpful, as we called on them numerous times with questions. They were positive and helpful everytime. The house was a little old and
tired, but the layout was nice, and the deck was really a bonus. The sports art was very cool, as was the game room. It was a short walk to the lake. The Marina beach was awesome! The golf course was really top notch; every aspect of the course. (The pro shop,
the snack shop, the bar, and the course layout!) We loved everything about PML and plan on coming back next summer. We have already gone through the map and picked out locations we would like to rent. Can't wait to come back.

We have chosen this house over and over because of it's location, the three floors to separate teens from adults and the large living area. It's a little daunting to get up the driveway, but no more so than many other properties. The only concern that I have is that the foam pad on the upstairs king needs to be replaced. I felt like I was being bitten by bugs every night and had to lay a blanket down over the sheet. None of the furnishings or carpets have been replaced in the last 6 years at least, but with teenagers that's probably a plus. My favorite part of this house is the deck. Absolutely magical in morning and at sunset.

It is a perfect house for a big/extended family, the house sleeps 10 comfortably; they allow pets as well. The décor and carpet are rustic and old, but clean, and cozy.
To keep your family entertained the house has a newer game room with billiards table and table tennis, there ate 3 TV’s, board games, some movies. The kitchen has everything you might need if you want to cook, and the village is close, so dining out is not a bother.
There are two decks to enjoy the view of the lake and have a BBQ. We had a great time!

Place needs the caring hands of a handyman. Windows and screens need maintence--main bathroom floor is coming up-broken table stashed in bedroom--a safety nightmare with kids around. Our final beef were the very out of date chairs to take to the lake. The beds in the three main bedrooms were very nice and the kitchen was well equiped (just needed a blender)

The stay was great. Upstairs got a little hot at night and there was an ant problem, but it was the middle of summer. The location was close enough to Yosemite to take day trips. We loved it.

The pool table broke down while we had little kids around - we were lucky to avoid an accident! Some windows were missing screens and some were hard to open - looks like property needs some TLC, it is a very nice size house, good amenities etc. and conveniently located, just please fix the stuff in it!
